And why would he get suspended for something he was never charged with doing?

IMO the crab legs thing should have been handled through football, not baseball. I will say that he was lucky to be playing baseball at the time so that that was even an option. His bread is buttered by football, not baseball.

 

My gut says that had he not been playing baseball that he still wouldn't have sat any football games due to that situation.
