Kind of. He's the starter "right now" before they've finished going over the tape or had discussions.

At least that's what Bradley said

Pretty much.  They kept the window open yesterday but Henne still has the support of Gus.

It's pretty much like hanging on to the sure thing chick at 1:30am while the hot chick is checking you out.   Do you make the move or not.  The safe thing to do is just take the sure thing and wait for the next day to make the move.

Translation: "Chad Henne is our starter until further notice."

A better statement to quote here is the one about looking at everything before discussing personnel changes.

Not trying to be negative here....but that conversation will probably take place pretty soon.

Just for info...I'm going to the game Sunday and pulling HARD for my Jags.

I had high hopes for Henne this year, now....not so much.

Unfortunately we have to see Chad against the Colts Sick.  Maybe if he does bad enough Bradley will give BB some playing time.  I never want the team to do bad, but I am hoping Bradley will give BB a chance if it gets ugly Sunday.

Obviously you did not read any post about Gus Bradley suggesting a quarterback switch is possible.

Of course that conversation will happen soon.  They're probably happening now, or will following practice tomorrow.  If the answer is no, he's not ready, that conversation will happen again next week, and the week after that until such time as the answer is yes.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Anyone who heard or read Gus Bradley's answer to the question about changing quarterbacks should know he opened the door for Bortles.

Judging from Bradley's various comments in yesterday's presser - I think he, Scelfo and Fisch had that conversation last night.  At this point they are probably just deciding whether to start BB this week or next week.

Something tells me how well Pasztor practices tomorrow will affect the decision. If he does done, I think we may see Bortles.

Ouch, somebody is upset. Bradley did not say such a thing, he gave out coach speak. We can all hope BB plays. Until then we will all be scratching our heads watching Henne play.

Saying, "We have not had that conversation yet," obviously means they plan to talk about it. And if they plan to talk about it, the door is open for Bortles.
