There's a reason Obama switched from the traditional U3 unemployment rate to U6. It counts part time jobs where the U3 doesn't. One of Obama's biggest legacies has been killing the full time employee through the Obamacare 30 hour threshold. Bye bye full time jobs hello two part time jobs.
