you win as a team, and you lose as a team. its not just players or coaches. now there is something that has been killing our team for years, injurys.  Every year anymore we seem to have the most injurys in the nfl,and it also seems like a player gets a little hit ,and he is out for the season. I know its the nfl,and people get hurt,but our players should be a little tougher then they have been. If our whole team was tough like poz who wanted to play last season after a concusion we would be better injury wise. Doesn't injurys fall on our strength, and conditioning coach? Lets rember  poz came from a different team,and wasn't trained by ours. I'm just saying the injurys don't help us. Like I said earlier you win ,and lose as a team.
