On the radio this morning they mentioned Khan might be announcing his Shipyards plans in the next few weeks.

 

This area has alot of potential.

Good news. More businesses moving there might cause a surge. shad wants to make downtown a destination and I believe he'll do it. The shipyards are sitting there vacant and ugly for the taking! I'm super excited for what our big-small town can become.
