Improvement

Today's game was upsetting, but MAN has this team gotten better or what?! They just played a playoff team all the way down to the wire. Il give them their props.

It looks like we are just a QB and some lineman away for competing for a playoff spot.

This is the route Seattle went through as well. We are getting there people. Onto Washington we go!

They died because the offense couldnt stay on the field.

We should do better against the Redskins as I believe they are no where near as good as the iggles.

I'd also like to add that Blake Bortles wins us that game and you can't convince me otherwise!

I didn't see any improvement on the second half, hell it might have been a disimprovement. But the first half looked better.

Lots of improvement and that's not bad for a team with so many rookies. Hurns made a lot of big plays and Lee didn't play bad. Defense had 5 sacks and made some big plays. they kept us in that game.

The defense was stout and swarming in the 1st half. They just got tired.

I am salivating in thinking how good Bortles is going to make Hurns and Lee look.

Agreed.

Disappointing, but this is a young team. They've got to take their lumps along the way.
Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

It's encouraging we went into the 4th with a lead. But there's no excuse for how bad Henne played that second half.

Normally I get annoyed when we lose and rarely if ever am I the optimist but this loss didnt bother me.  Maybe because I was expecting a loss.  And maybe because it is explainable.  We left a few points on the field in the first half.  And then the offense crapped out in the 2nd.  Henne was Henne.  And the interior of the line had trouble opening holes.  These are all things we know about.

The young WRs looked good.  Gerhart looked quick and strong when he had the slightest bit of room to run.  Denard looked really good when given the opportunity(did something happen to him?  Never heard why Todman became the backup in the 2nd half) .  And I thought the defense looked great in the first half.  Kinda got shellshocked there early in the 2nd.  But you cant keep that Eagles offense down all game long.  And if the offense had done anything in the 2nd half we probably win.

And most importantly this moves us another step closer to Bortles.

In regards to Henne, he had a lot of good passes dropped today. Those drops+missed FGs cost us greatly.

We should just sit them all because they obviously aren't ready.

loosing cyp was a huge loss to us and that play with cyp and poz out meant we weren't set up and the td turned the game

a 10 point game looks a lot less assailable the a 17 point game and everyone in the stadium knew it

those field goal misses were a killer too

at 23-7 i think the crowd would still have been booing and we might have kept momentum

The Jags can still hold their heads up after this .....unlike the drubbings we took last year.

That is right along the lines of a drubbing in my book.

We should take the same approach here with Bortles STARTING instead of Henne.

If we go down, we might as well suck with Bortles as our future franchise QB, than Chad "we already know what he's worth" Henne.
