The London Thing - Results

Apparently Khan knew exactly what he was doing.  The results of this poll are quite staggering.

In before the main stream media takes this and runs with "See! London would support the Jaguars!  They're moving tomorrow!"

The UK?  No, London is in Britain, dum-dum.   You think you'd know that with your user name being what it is.

Seriously though, that's incredible and proof that we have a true visionary running our team. Very exciting.

Looking to expand the fan base and market for any team should never be seen as being a bad thing. Especially a team with a current small local market

I was surprised to see how the Jags are near the top, given the brief exposure they have had to date there.

LOL!  Next thing you'll tell me is that Crimea is part of The Ukraine.

I'm familiar with maps, unlike those in the Iraq and everything as such as.

This poll is cool.  Since we play Dallas in London this year, and since they seem to dislike the Cowboys over there - this will be as close to a "home" game as we can get on foreign soil.  It is now a goal of mine to go to London at some point in the future and rock out some Jags gear and be liked by all.  Who would have thought?  I would be very pleased to hear that the London deal gets extended.  Giving up one game a year to soon become the most recognized and liked team internationally is pretty nifty.

FBT, just a friendly reminder about the argument we had a while back (along with chiefjag). I know you changed your tune, but still good to see my opinion being supported now with actual results.

I'm the biggest homer in the world and I hated the London idea when I first heard about it. I hate the idea of losing a premier home game every year. But for the betterment of the franchise, it was the right move.

And Khan has handled it brilliantly. He negotiated marketing rights that no NFL team has had in London. They have an office there. They sent players over there for events. And the proof is in the pudding. Look at those results. Pretty amazing.

I know it's hard for those outside the organization to understand but the better this team does in London actually helps their long term stability of them in Jacksonville.

They also scored the Browns at 25.99 or the 11th most liked team.. That tells me A LOT about them over there..

YAY TEAM!!
