Seems like the dude wasn't really the issue in Miami, although he does kinda seem like a tool.

With our O-line struggles and his reinstatement, do we make a go for him?

Unless he can play center, I'd pass.

After what happened in Miami and all of the focus on him, he would be a model citizen where ever he winds up.  He has a nastiness to him that I think would benefit the line.  Bring him in I say.

I think they should sign him, everyone deserves a 2nd chance especially an above average lineman when your team is hurting so bad at RG provided he passes the physical and what not.

I think we're desperate enough.

No pain, no gain.

Agreed, but it looks like he's in Tampa Bay getting some looks right now..

I don't know enough about Incognito to know if he's a beast of a lineman.  But if he is, and would be considered an upgrade to our O-line, then I hope we go after him.  I highly doubt Gus would allow the type of shenannigans that went on in Miami to occur in our locker room.

One sip of the juice, and we'd have ourselves a reformed man.

He made the ProBowl in 2012 at the Guard position we need a RG and he is one of the best available at the moment.

It would appear that he's going to sign with TB this morning, so if Gus is interested he better have Dave hop on a phone quick.

8/25/2014  at 2:26pm: The Jags have also waived WR Lamaar Thomas and RB Terrance Cobb, bringing their roster count to 76, tweets John Oehser of Jaguars.com.

If they did plan on signing him that means they would have to cut someone... just to keep in mind.

Did Linder show enough at Center to take that spot? I think they've got him penciled in at RG, but if he's better than the others at C then we could shore up 2 for 1 with a signing. I still think it's Bowanko and Linder at C and RG respectively by the end of this year.

Incognito isn't a good player anymore.

Yeah I think your right its Bowanko at center and Linder at RG but maybe they are waiting for this Thursday to figure it out.

At age 31, and after all this drama he certainly is a gamble but many still have him in as one of the Top 25 guards in the league.

It doesn't hurt anything to bring  him in for a visit.

I wouldn't have minded him in here... Miami used a lot of zone blocking so he could have worked here...his pass blocking was above average... but it's like someone already posted... looks like Tampa will sign him today...
