There was another play early in the game where Joeckel had the same thing done to him when trying to run block.  Fortunately, it's the preseason, and he's still working the kinks out from a year off. 

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

He didn't necessarily win that matchup.  Allen still got close enough to get the QB out of the pocket, but it was good that Luke got him out of the play.  Luke is going to be good.  He's got the skills.  Just have to get through his second rookie year.
