Favorite Jacksonville Jaguars offensive coach?

Who is your favorite Offensive Coach and Why? I'd love to here some stories as well. We've talked a lot about players but I'd like to learn more about Coaching staff heading into year 2 of current regime.

Jerry Sullivan mainly because Larry Fitz raved about him and tried to get him to go to Arizona. I would probably say if there was one good think that came from Mularkey being here it's that he convinced Jerry Sullivan to come too.
I voted for Fisch just because I was really amazed at how he was constantly working to get production out of the roster last season. Sullivan probably gets the nod based on experience alone, but Fisch puts it all together. I'd love to see what he could do with a QB who is completely dialed in on his system.
I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.
Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!
Jedd will either make or break this team...... Please make it!!!! :whistling:

IN 2014 HE WAS DRAWING WITH A BOX OF LARGE CRAYONS LIKE KINDERGARTENERS USE.
THIS YEAR HE WILL BE DRAWING WITH REGULAR CRAYONS LIKE ELEMENTARY STUDENTS USE. IN 2015 HE WILL GET HIS BOX OF COLORED PENCILS FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL. 2016 HE WILL UPGRADE TO A SET OF MARKERS FOR HIGH SCHOOL. AND IN 2017 HE WILL TAKE A PIECE OF GRANITE AND CHISEL OUT A SUPER BOWL CALIBER TEAM. OR ATLEAST WE HOPE...

Sullivan. He's a proven coach and mentor, and that's the best thing a young team can have. I hope the years of exposure to him help make Fisch into a great head coach someday (after he leads the Jags' O to a Super Bowl, of course).
Tom Coughlin.

Quote:I should hope that's a given for any Jags fan, but my assumption was that the poll was asking specifically about those four Poll is asking about current Jags coaching staff. It's not limited to four.
I am a Jerry Sullivan fan. Seeing him a few times during the practice sessions and public viewings has been enjoyable. He really does get involved from a coaching perspective. My favorite coach though outside of Coughlin here was Mike Smith when I was a kid. He was fun to listen to and watch as he coached up the defense here and there on a few things. Fisch is cool though. He's got a lot of energy. And some of his play calls last year were exciting and a nice change for once. That Ace Sanders Touchdown Pass was sweet.

Fisch is a star in the making. He'll be a NFL head coach in a few years.
