Least Intimidating Mascots

#1

I was in New Orleans for a bowl game that pitted the Buckeyes against the Volunteers. I thought, which is less scary? An obscure twig and nut berry thing or someone who helps you out for free? What are the other mascots that inspire no fear whatsoever?
Only a chump boos the home team!

You can choke on an artichoke if it's not cleaned properly. Probably doesn't help this Mascot with the ladies...

I'm glad someone caught that.

This. None of these overgrown Muppets are intimidating. If we're including the mascots for, say, the University of Colorado or Auburn University, we can have a discussion.

I was at an Auburn game at Florida Field when the Auburn mascot, an eagle, attacked UF RB James Andrews after he scored a TD. Now THAT'S intimidation.

So you're saying the Jags need a real Jaguar on the sideline?

The Valley University Vajayjays could be pretty daunting, except for their games against the University of South Carolina.  Then the mood lighting and Barry White songs started to get a little uncomfortable.

UGA, Georgia's mascot has been known to go after opposing  team's players.
