I had to put a date in the title because he has been suspended so many times I'm sure some of you would've thought this was a necro bump.

 

But nope, suspended for the fourth time.

He was reinstated in May FYI. People like to cite the rare "turned life around totally" success story as the most likely outcome for a player suspended multiple times for substance abuse issues but most of the time its stories like these that far outweigh the success ones.

Tanard Jackson is now only 3 suspensions behind former MLB relief pitcher Steve Howe.  Hopefully,  the outcome of Jackson's overall life will be better than what occurred with the deceased Howe.
