Anyone ever been to Army-Navy?

#1

I try to go somewhere new each year.  Last year I got in two places... Columbia, SC and the Coliseum for the USC-Stanford.  Both were great trips.

This year I'm thinking of doing Army-Navy.  Was wondering if anyone has ever been?  I've been told you should show up hours ahead of time to watch all the pre-game stuff.

I've been several times, it's a great experience. Back when I lived with my Dad, (He was a Navy Grad) we'd go every year and tailgate. Yes, you want to get their early, the pre game is always well done.

Prepare for cold weather, etc. The Uniforms are always sweet on both sides.

No but I would love to go someday.

I do wish that Army was more competitive in the game though.

I've been to two Army-Navy games back when I was around 10 years old or so. This was in the late 90's when they still played at the Meadowlands. From what I remember, the pre-game and halftime stuff is great. Better than the game itself because Navy is always dominating.

I heartily concurr with ARMY-NAVY. I  have a niece and nephew in currently at Canoe U and the game last year, as always was a hoot.

Yes it is cold, the weather always seem to save the wet snow, sleet and rain for the annual Goat BBQ. OK, I am somewhat prejudiced in this matter.

The Pre-Game is very, very intertaining and going early is a must. You would enjoy it even more if you could find through your acquantainces someone

who is tailgating and attempt to make a connection. By all means attend.

When they go down hard, they think about it!

Just watch Peyton, Andrew, Caep even Mr. Bundchen.

Goooo i'm stationed right up the road from Annapolis at Fort Meade and not to mention the game, downtown Annapolis is a great place itself to visit.  If you need some advice on where to stop PM me and I'll hook you up.  You'll def need to get their early though, The game was a blast in the snow last year.
