Don't know how many people here grew up with Reading Rainbow.  It's nice to see them trying to bring this back to kids.  They've already raised $650,000 of their $1,000,000 goal.  So they'll probably more than reach it. 

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

I remember Reading Rainbow. I also remember only watching the opening cartoon for the show then immediately turning the channel afterwards cause the show had to do with reading, and I hated reading..

Reading Rainbow ran until 2006? I thought it ended in the 80's.

It was a great show when I was a kid.
