I think most people remember Seattle Cb Richard Sherman talking about Peyton Manning throwing a lot of ducks but a lot of td as well. Peyton Manning even admitted it. I think Bortles need to work on foot work and when he drops back from under center his back leg seems to slip.

Funny everytime Bortles throws, his left arm and hand is open up like give me money or like when you are praying in church.  Hilarious watch the video again and pause at his throws.  every single time after the ball is released his left arm / hand is out like when you say the last part of the fathers prayer in church.

He pushes the ball out at times instead of going thru the progressions.  He does have a great eye / field of vision and quick motion which allows him to dump the ball out for the 10 to 20 yard frequent passes.  Ive noticed no arch in long passes, tends to throw more with his upper body than lower.
