Was cut by the Chargers per ESPN. They drafted guards and deemed Franklin too expensive (per Schefter) .

Drafting Lamp and Feeney made him expendable. I remember Rivers being constantly harassed last season. Not sure if Franklin would be an upgrade at this point.
