Great pick, Colvin was a projected second rounder before he tore his ACL. Stash him on PUP for a season and reap the benefits in 2015.

Exactly. Think next year for this guy as well. Let the ACL heal up, and this guy could be a real steal. He was rated much higher before the injury.

While RCB isn't exactly a strength, we'll be okay another year with Blackmon, etc. opposite Gratz while Colvin heals.

Coached by the Jaguars staff at the Senior Bowl, too. As mentioned earlier, can start off on the PUP list, not count against the roster.

Exactly.  Mayock said he was a late first or early second round pick prior to tearing his ACL.
