Jags should eye Marqis Lee with 2nd rd..

After grabbing QB with 1st.. I feel like a Wr is the next obvious selection seeing how Blackmons return is unknown..Lee has over 3600 yds recieving and 29 Td in 3 years at USC.His measurables 6ft 192lbs. Ran a 4.5 at the combine..He has a lot of potential and with a good Qb can be a star..

I personally would rather have Jordan Matthews.

But I get the feeling we are gonna take either a defensive lineman or offensive lineman.

I don't think you can count out a center/guard though either. Marcus Martin/Weston Richburg/XSF would make a ton of sense too. This draft is so deep at WR you could see an interior OL and than a WR at 70 (one will fall, if not, guys like Norwood/Huff/Street/etc.).

i would also love lee, but there is a lot of beef sitting there that would be pretty enticing.

Allen Robinson and Jordan Matthews are bigger and better.

im a little torn between lee and matthews. i like that matthews is bigger and seemingly more durable. matthews would be a much better compliment to blackmon. but, blackmon might never come back. so thats why caldwell is in charge and not me....haha

You mean replacement for Blackmon. That is exactly why we need size. Blackmon may not play all year or ever... we need size at WR. We already have 5'11" and 5'9" speedsters.

Half right . . .

Yes Lee looked bad with a new coach, awful QB play, and injuries. But he has still made plays that Matthews and Robinson couldn't hope to duplicate.

I have inside information that our pick will be Lee

Lee should be the pick. Call Washington and initiate a trade up!

LEONARD FOURNETTE FAN CLUB PRESIDENT. I WAS BEHIND HIM WHEN YOU ALL SAID HE WAS BRANDON JACOBS. QUIT HATING ON THE JAGUARS. GUS IS GONE. COUGHLIN HAS RESTORED ORDER. FOURNETTE IS FRED TAYLOR. DONT BELIEVE ME JUST WATCH.

Well Lee cant hope to grow 4", so...

I think Lee is a dynamic deep threat, but we need some size to beat the press and be physical within five yards of the LOS

I think we go WR round 2. After that I want us to go Guard and Center, we need to get behind Bortles and make sure our Oline is good enough for him.

Why? There are about 5-6 other receivers just as good in this draft.

I don't disagree, but I think Lee is in a tier above Robinson-Matthews.

I dont see Lee going to us, He will more than likely be gone by our pick and I dont see us really trading up for him either. Plenty of talent left...

This

We brought in a lot of guys in the front 7 on the DL and LB, we can get more of those guys tomorrow, today we need to go WR first its like 5 really good ones there, they wont be there in round 3, then go OL

Based on talent alone, there are 3 WR (Latimer, Robinson, and Adams) that I think are clearly better.

Then you get to the injuries and it's speculated that roughly half of the league has him off of their board entirely because of his knee injury.

I would be pretty surprised if Lee is the pick. I think it will be oline personally, which is perfectly fine I really like Su'a Filo, Bitonio, Martin, and Richburg. Just not Kouandjio plz.

CLeveland will probably take Lee at #35 to pair with Gordon for Manziel.

At #39, I agree we definitely should go WR.  We can probably choose from Allen Robinson, Jordan Matthews, Cody Latimer or Donte Moncrief.  Robinson ranks the highest, but Latimer was flying up the boards.  Matthews might be the best fit for us.
