Tenard Jackson reinstated after 2 years
|
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000...ted-by-nfl. That following his second substance abuse violation... That may not be too news for Justin Blackmon. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding or reading too much into it? Thoughts?

Nope. There may be something to take away from this in regards to Blackmon. O'Halloran had similar thoughts.
Quote:Blackmon is currently serving his second suspension (also an indefinite ban) for violating the league’s policy on substance abuse last November. He missed the last eight games. http://m.jacksonville.com/opinion/blog/544821/ryan-ohalloran/2014-05-05/tanard-jackson-suspension-could-be-barometer-justin
"Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, if he gets angry, he's a mile away and barefoot."
Quote:Nope. There may be something to take away from this in regards to Blackmon. O'Halloran had similar thoughts.I think the difference is that Jackson was on his third violation, but his second and third violations were substance abuses. Jackson's first violation wasn't that much different though; It was the result of a failed drug test. And on Jackson's second violation he was reinstated a little over a year later. You could make a serious case for unfair treatment if Blackmon is suspended his second time longer than Jackson was.
THERE IS A SKELETON INSIDE OF YOU.
RIGHT NOW. THIS IS NOT A JOKE.

I'm thinking week 9 is the best case scenario. Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.
Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!
Quote:And then re-signed. Yeah I caught that today. Re-signed for the veteran minimum. |
