#1

Who wins, the 2016 Cleveland Browns or the 2001 Miami Hurricanes?

Browns 42-10. Would be fun to see though

2016 Cleveland Browns by a sizable margin.   The Browns have a much deeper roster than any college football team.

I think the Browns win easily also, but these what ifs sure are fun.  I'd be much more excited to see this than any of the remaining Jags games.

This question was asked earlier in the season about Alabama. Analysts agree Cleveland would win in a blowout.

I say the game would end in a tie.

I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

Worst NFL team would destroy the best college team.

Considering both teams used a multitude of QBs,  the ' winner'  might be the team with the last QB standing.

If it did come down to KIckers,   that probably would be the Lions best chance because of HOF caliber K Jason Hanson.

If there was a way for both teams to lose a game,  it probably would have occurred in this one.   Wallbash

I understand and agree with the fact that an NFL team would destroy any college team.

I have a harder time accepting the idea that if college and NFL teams played each other every week over a period of 50 years, that some college team wouldn't be able to eek out a win or 2 over an NFL team. Even then, that's as far-fetched as it gets, I just wonder.

Browns by at least 40.  Depending on when they bench their starters.

I'd take the 16 Browns over the 08 Lions.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

My buddy (A Bama fan) swears Bama's national championship team could contend with the worst of the NFL every year.

I just laugh cuz I can't explain to someone who doesn't watch the NFL that NFL teams are the best of the best from every college team and many of Bama's championship guys are backups or not really superstars.

So IMO 16 Browns, 08 Lions, 16 9ers.....

they'd all beat any college championship team

Eh... maybe I'll give em 1.

But I'd never bet on the college team.

I'm good with that. Just makes me wonder. The refs would have to job the NFL team like they do us every week, but I could (and do) see it happen. There'd have to be all kinds of luck involved too.

Even if I had the opportunity to bet that the best college team would get at least 1 out of 100 against the worst NFL team, I wouldn't do it, but I do think it's possible.
