lol, would be funny if we took Clowney at 3 and McCaron in the 2nd. Oh yeah gotta get my Gabbert bash in. If that was Gabbert he would have ducked out of the way lolol We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
I've watched all the player videos now (including this one !) and thought Clowney and McCarron both came across very well. Bridgwater and Carr too. Bortles was a bit dull though wasn't he ! And Manziel just seemed a bit polished and plastic. Still, we're not hiring them for their personalities !
Anyone else notice the picture of Poz on the wall during Bortles interview?
Looks like one of those really awkward family portraits. Quote:Just to be different, Bortles.
McCarron buttons his polos all the way up? Is that to hide the awful tattoo?

The vids are interesting to see their out-of-uniform self to some degree. My assessment of McCarron raised after seeing the interview (ignoring the strangling polo shirt); he was not the goober I envisioned. Watkins comes across to me as laid back, with a high degree of confidence. Clowney was a clown; his character is definitely not laid back and always looking for or wanting to create a laugh.

Quote:You call that a photobomb? That's what Shadrick called it during Clowneys interview. Quote:Anyone else notice the picture of Poz on the wall during Bortles interview?Hahaha
Man I want Clowney on our team

I was a McCarron fan (for where he would be drafted) until I saw that tattoo. That thing in itself would raise alarm bells. Decision making anyone?

He's also not ashamed of it, so that says something about his confidence. I guess it all balances out to me. As long as he denies lockerroom interviews and wears a shirt to post-game as to not be reminded of it.

Did he have that tattoo before or after though? Quote:Lol, you know what, that is a freaking amazing point. Did he have that tattoo before or after though? Here's what I found: Summer 2011 is when fans spotted the original tat from some beach pics. He and Webb were introduced/started dating winter 2012. So seems like she's fine with it growing as well.

That's why I enjoy the Gruden / QB shows - not so much because I think I'll be able to tell who will succeed or fail in the NFL, but more about how these guy's personalities come across. Usually they are more articulate and sharper than I anticipated. Usually. Which probably says as much about my perceptions as it does about the players.

What lies behind us, and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.
Quote:Why do they raise alarm bells so much for you? Is it the religious connotation of them?I'd say its in the style of a gang tattoo, but it really isn't. It's a dumb, dumb tattoo but it doesn't raise any alarm bells for me.
THERE IS A SKELETON INSIDE OF YOU.
RIGHT NOW. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. Quote:I'd say its in the style of a gang tattoo, but it really isn't.So, what exactly makes a tattoo "gang style"? Since we're at it, what makes a tattoo dumb, dumb?
