has anyone noticed this besides me? 

 

 

Tom gets fired ends up with giants wins 2 super bowls with Giants on againest undeafted pats

 

Del rio gets fired goes to raiders,has them back in playoffs

 

 

 

Murlurckley gets fired goes to titians who now have a inning record.

 

 

so were will Gus end up becomeing a winner at next?

Mike Smith was a defensive coordinator, he was not an interim HC at any point. You're thinking of Mel Tucker.

mularkey still isnt a good coach he just has a great qb/oline/running game and decent enough defense. Hes not turning water to wine.


And coaches are historically more successful at their second HC jobs.

Jags were getting to much Media attention in offseason to be a good team,bad things always happen when a team gets that kind of attention except for a few selct teams like pats,or packers. everyone other team crashes,and burns plus we had gus withthe loseing attutuide which passed to players. bring in a HC with a winning attuduide,and watch what happens.

The difference was JDR was never a bad coach,  just had hardly any good players to work with.

Yea I think Gus would be a great college HC, but he might not want to be a HC anymore, I could see him going somewhere in the NFL as a DC tho
