Ohio Man Charged In Operation of Wheelchair Under the Influence (Video)
 

Ohio man Donald Law was charged with disorderly conduct after deputies found him operating a motorized wheelchair under the influence of alcohol.

Police footage of the event was obtained by The Associated Press.

Look, it had been a long time since someone touched me …. It was nothing more than a free strip search, and that special feeling you get when you realize that someone was actually touching you for free. My Doctors charge me way more, and they mostly make their nurse do it.

 

 

My Doctor goes through a lot of Nurses, and I don't seem to be getting any healthier.
