Wow, this thing is incredible.  Totally blows away Kismet I.  It even has a helicopter landing pad.  Can't wait to see this thing docked downtown!

Are you sure that is his? When I look online all I see is that the Kismet II is available for charter, not so much that shad owns it.

He mentioned in an interview that he was having it built and sold his old one.

I remember him selling his old one. Never caught the part where he was having a new one built. So does he rent the thing out while he isn't using it? I guess maybe offsetting the cost of crew?

I think people who are not rich overrate what it means to be rich.   I think people who are not poor underrate how bad it is to be poor.   I think after a certain point, the marginal utility of extra money diminishes greatly.
