Yep, sign Worilds at 5 years and $35-40million. Give him a $10 million signing bonus and and a base of $5-6 million over the life of the contract. Can't see Pittsburgh fitting $15million under the cap since they'll need to restructure some contracts just to fit his transition tag of $9.75 million.
We obviously have the room to make an even more front loaded contract should we so choose.
