From WikiLeaks 1078645, an email from John Podesta to Huma Abedin:

 

Quote: 

“JB, CF, and JK PACS will be noticeably silent for the rest of the campaign. Each will receive a significant allowance from advertising budget. HRC is in the loop and has talked to all three personally. Eyes only.”
 

That would be Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina and John Kasich.  Paid to be silent.

 

Also:

 

John McCain was given 2 large donations from PACs and private sources after he publicly attacked Trump.  Then the DNC pulled support for McCain's Democratic challenger.

 

Lindsey Graham was rewarded for attacking Trump as the DNC will not run anyone against Graham in 2020.

 

Anyone still think there are 2 major political parties?  There is one political party and Trump is not a member.
