The Florida Times-Union's Ryan O'Halloran writes that Saleh is impressed with what he's seenof Posluszny on tape.

"I've heard his personality is awesome, and watching him on tape I don't understand how he doesn't get tired because he just goes up and down the football field," Saleh said. "His leadership and the standard he's created for himself can only help the room and elevate everybody else around him."

Real high effort guy. Not the fastest. High intangibles. Brings his lunch pail to work everyday.

Still believe he has a chance of being in the Pride pending how much longer he's with us.

As much as it pains me to say this, Poz has been one of the few bright spots from the Gene Smith era.

Poz is the type of guy any coach loves to coach.

Poz has a legit chance at the 20/20 club before he retires. Not as big a deal as it used to be, but will still be pretty cool if he does it as a Jaguar.

Poz is our version of James Farrior - very solid.  What he doesn't have is the impact playmakers around him like the Steelers has in Harrison, Woodley, and Troy (blitzing).

Not sure why a coach would be excited about Poz. It'd probably be similar to 'coaching' Peyton

Because coaching better players challenges you to be a better coach. I imagine that Saleh is in this for professional development as much as anything else.

I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!

Posluszny is better person then any of the Mannings. If your a linebacker coach wouldn't u want to coach 49ers linebackers. Sure makes job a lot easier.
