His Fulham side are in real danger of going out of the Premier League so he's changed Head Coach again: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/26200035

From browser the forums (http://www.fulhamweb.co.uk/messageboard.aspx) Fulham fans seem to dislike Khan:

How has he ruined FFC?

Yikes!   I hope he can find a way to get that club winning - and soon.

No idea, those are just quotes from a Fulham forum.

I don't take a huge interest in the Premier League. My team is 3 divisions below so it's not really interesting for me.

Fulham only ended a few points from relegation last year. It seems like they've actually brought in some decent transfers the last month. The last two matches they had a draw against Man U and led Liverpool at two seperate points before losing on a extra time penalty kick. They have some upcoming matchups with other lower rung teams. They need to win those.

I just hope that this is not a sign of things to come for this team...

I understand that I'm part of a very small minority of Jags fans who feel this way about Khan, but I still believe that he doesn't know how to run a professional sports team.

I get the impression that he was just thinking to his billionaire self one day: "How awesome would it be to buy a sports team." Without any knowledge of the sport, or the position itself.

He's been trying to buy an NFL team for several years and had befriended a handful of current owners prior to landing the Jags.    I think he's got a pretty good idea what's going on.

He's acknowledged making a few mistakes - but I think he's put some capable folks at the helm now.  At least - I hope so.

The Fulham situation seems to have it's own set of issues - of which I'm ignorant  - so I can't really comment on what he does or doesn't know about owning that team.

Lets just stick with the Jaguars. What is Khan's role with the team and what about it does he not know how to do? I mean does he actually run the team? Well, not really. Dave Caldwell runs the personnel side of the team. He has guys like Polian and O'Brien that report to him and Bradley falls under his umbrella. On the business side of the house, Mark Lamping is in charge. He handles the day-to-day operations of the team. Really if you think about it, Khan is sort of a figure head whose main duty is to schmooze big-money sponsors, sign checks and be involved in large projects like the scoreboards and locker room renovations.
