FEBRUARY 12--Police today announced charges have been filed against a Pennsylvania man in connection with the fatal drive-by shooting of a horse pulling an Amish buggy.

Don't they have a show on Discovery called: "Amish Mafia"? 

 

I'm not sure how accurate, or truthful it is, but it seems like an interesting show nonetheless.

The shooter should be shamed and shackled in the public square for 30 days and forced to repay 2 beasts of burden of equal or greater value. Let it be written, let it be done.
