Combine snubs per position

In an effort to generate yet another Combine related thread, I wanted to post a link to CBSSports.com Combine snub list as done by Dane Brugler. It lists the "top" snubs at each position. Also included are other players that should have gone as well as some "pleasant surprises". I'm really rather surprised that DeDe Lattimore didn't warrant a Combine invitation.
I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Wow I'm kind of surprised about Franklin and Guitton not getting invited.

I read the regional combines are for players who were not invited to Indianapolis, such as small school guys, but not all 32 teams go to them.
