With the 3rd overall pick, bleacher report selects for the Jags...

Blake Bortles?

Tinhorns trade #1 to Minny, they take Johnny Football

Rams trade 2 to ATL, who take Clowney

And the Jags then pass on Teddy to take Bortles....

But the (in my opinion) strange-ness, doesn't end there...

The Browns decide to stick with Hoyer, or Campbell, apparently, and select Watkins (Oh God... Gordon and Watkins...)

The Raiders are given Teddy at 5

So the Rams grab an OT, and not Jake Matthews but Greg Robinson

and then a couple picks later the tinhorns select OT Matthews...

Apparently they'll trade a day 2 selection for Mallet...

Am I missing something? I don't really read bleacher report so is this just 90 day too soon manure?

Your thoughts on if the draft went down like this?

Yup, you nailed it. I look forward to the O-Zone to read between the tea leaves after combine and before Darft.

When they have no time,  they think about it!

When they go down hard, they think about it!

That's the framework the Bortles to Jags guys are projecting.

Their logic is Jags must go QB if both are gone.

I don't subscribe to that "we must draft a position" opinion.  If he's BAP on their board, fine.  But otherwise, I'd hope they stick to BAP even if I do like Bortles.  It's about the value, not about the position to me.

If Teddy is there you have to take him.
If that RV sales place wants Tebow in Jax bad enough to take out a billboard saying as much.....they should just HIRE him.

Though I like Bortles and would be okay with the pick...don't take anything from bleacher report seriously.

Not a chance.

I wouldn't be overly thrilled with the Bortles pick, especially if Teddy is still on the board.

Literally 0% chance of happening even if he tore his acl at the combine.

People people, forget the highlights, the excitement, the Heisman

Look at the qb

1. Manziel is inconsistent in his mechanics

2. Didn't even have a refined understanding of his offense at A&M

3. 1/4 vision of the field, misses a lot of reads and throws

4. No pocket presence against pressure

Sounds like a 3-4th round qb to me

No way in hell.

IF he slides, he doesn't make it past the Cardinals.

This sounds like typical mocks where Jags are just a placeholder/insert prospect that doesn't fit here. Not uncommon as mocks can be biased and not many people take the Jags seriously

He is better than Bortles.
