Seems like every year we hear about how Alualu is in the groove during the offseason, at this point I just consider him a work out warrior.

I'm not romanticizing anything....Yeesh.  At any rate, he does look good in Denver.  We cleaned house, he's going to a Super Bowl, good for him.  IMO Marks played much better this last year than Knighton ever played for us.
