I don't think it's a "good" hire just yet. I'll wait and see. I'll say it's an "interesting" hire. We know a few things based on his stint with the Bengals though and that's, he has the ability to develop a young QB to a respectable level. Eventhough they've come up short over the last three years with Dalton's inability to "step-up" in the games that count the most. Sometimes you can't really put that on coaching. Sometimes guys either have it or they don't when it's win or go home. So, we'll see. The Redskins need to get back to running the football though. And that starts with building back around RGIII's ability as a runner, and getting more support around Morris to relieve him more consistently.
