According to some tweets the Jaguars are a lock, which is good, they need to get some time with the senior QBs and linemen to make some evaluations.

There has been no official announcement as yet for the coaching staff selection. Jags are high probability at this moment.

That is truly great news. We should be able to evaluate some mid rounders much more extensively and hence get more accurate grades on them.

Agreed, especially since we have so many mid-round picks (5 picks in the 4th and 5th alone)!

It is easy to figure out: The Texans and Redskins don't have head coaches, so the #3 and #4 teams - Jaguars and Raiders - have to do it instead.
