Khalil Mack vs. Anthony Barr

Was just wondering if we pick at 3 and Teddy and Clowney are off the board and Dave decides he wants to go pass rusher with his 1st round pick, who would you rather us draft?

Mack or Barr?

Mack is a great prospect, but he has been greatly overhyped. Unless we trade down, I don't want to take him in the first round. We're he to drop to the 2nd though, it would be a no brainer.

LEONARD FOURNETTE FAN CLUB PRESIDENT. I WAS BEHIND HIM WHEN YOU ALL SAID HE WAS BRANDON JACOBS. QUIT HATING ON THE JAGUARS. GUS IS GONE. COUGHLIN HAS RESTORED ORDER. FOURNETTE IS FRED TAYLOR. DONT BELIEVE ME JUST WATCH.

That is just Bucky Brooks take.  Mack is a beast! Dude is a great pass rusher, all time leader in NCAA in FF, and is built like Patrick Willis.  I think alot will depend on his 40 time.

Give me either. I don't care about Macks 40 or any workout numbers unless they're alarmingly bad. I've seen him play a few times he'll do just fine on the nfl level

I like both a lot. I think Mack is a bit more physical and polished but Barr has a higher ceiling with his speed, agility, and having produced those numbers in only two seasons since being converted from a RB

Mack has a little Demarcus Ware in him.

Mack will go top5 easily. You really can't lose with either prospect.

Mack is a good player. Not sure I see a guy I would take in the top 5.

Barr probably has the higher ceiling but I see him as a Dion Jordan. I don't think you can expect much from him as a rookie.

Clowney is so far ahead of both of them, it isn't funny.

I do agree that Clowney is def ahead of them.

If we get pick 2, then we really can't lose. Guaranteed one of Bridgewater or Clowny.

I wonder how they fit in Bradley's system.

Good coaches fit systems around talent, not vice versa.

Mack has a whole lot of Ware in him. Easiest straight up comp in this draft IMO.

That's not what he and Carroll did in Seattle.

Lets not annoint he & Carroll until they actually win something. Carroll has yet to even reach a SB let alone win one.
