Several countries have adopted much more extreme measures to protect their population than did the US under thr Trump admin. 

I sat on his tiny little hands and then took a few half measures. People have died as a result.

First one was clearly sour grapes by some report authors who didn't get their names published. 

The second one is the same as the first but clearly is upset that Trump didn't mandate uniform requirements to all 50 States. You know, they are pissed he didn't overstep his authority except if he did then he'd be the reincarnated combined spirits of history's 50 greatest monsters.


Third one is opinion about how bad ol' Trump just won't listen to the expert advice that he keeps implementing.

He issued guidelines to the state governors.  He left out massive amounts of recommended guidelines that he could have included whether state governors follow/implement all of them or not. Non-essential travel was a big one that he glossed over almost completely. It was a shirking of responsibility to protect citizens that he shelved to focus on reopening whether we were ready or not.  (we weren't)
