Would love this draft and is how I hope it goes.

I could see Clowney really flourishing under Bradley - players seem to love playing for him.
In this scenario, I think we could leverage the browns in the swapping #4 and #5, taking that #24 as compensation of course
LEONARD FOURNETTE FAN CLUB PRESIDENT. I WAS BEHIND HIM WHEN YOU ALL SAID HE WAS BRANDON JACOBS. QUIT HATING ON THE JAGUARS. GUS IS GONE. COUGHLIN HAS RESTORED ORDER. FOURNETTE IS FRED TAYLOR. DONT BELIEVE ME JUST WATCH.

Quote:Would love this draft and is how I hope it goes. I wouldn't mind it either. I wasn't a big fan of AJ as far as being a potential Elite NFL QB, but he could be an Andy Dalton type, and with Clowney and a few other pieces mixed in our overall team could be better than the Bengals. Definitely would improve our chances of a playoff run and potential to reach/win a BOWL.
Quote:I saw...yaaaaaay QB purgatory. Eh, I'd be okay with McCarron in the 2nd. If he can build on his arm strength, I think he could be a good quarterback in the league. If Caldwell makes the decision, I'd be comfortable with it. And I'm one of the few who won't just go with whatever the general manager says because there's nothing I can do about it. In no way do I think that I'm smarter than Caldwell, or a better evaluator of talent. That doesn't however mean that I will always agree with him. What it does mean is that there are some choices he could make that I'd feel were mistakes ahead of time. McCarron in the second isn't one of them.
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

I'd rather draft Cyril Richardson in the 2nd and go for Fales in the later rounds over McCarron

Also Bradley would be one of the better coach that will get the best out of Clowney imo, should be a perfect match. I hope the raiders win this weekend lol

What was your take on that game? Quote:Did you see his game against Carr back in November? I missed it. I saw that Fales put up good numbers. What was your take on that game?It was a straight shoot out and he threw well He is one of the most accurate college qbs I've seen over 15 yards but he doesn't have the arm to stretch the field He reads.defenses well and moves in the pocket well tbh does everything well from leading his receivers to reading the d Added he now plays in a more pro style offense which he has struggled with but he plays against low tier opposition and his lack of mobility andarm strength is costing his draft stock He is going to be at the senior bowl which will let us see how he throws against higher opposition I think he is a steal for a third but I am nervous about seeing him against top tier talent |
