Garcon is the safer bet but every time I have Cooper on my bench he goes off. 

 

Riley Cooper vs Detroit 

Pierre Garcon vs KC

 

This is my flex slot. Other considerations also are

 

Fred Jackson vs Tampa Bay

Shane Vereen vs Cleveland

Michael Crabtree vs Seattle
