Before I die, my bucket list is very simple. I must travel to a remote, Pacific, volcanic island. Upon arrival, I will immediately don hiking gear, and traverse the ranges of the volcanoes. I will find a cave which is occupied by bats. The species of bat is not important. Next I will find the bat droppings on the floor of the cave. Once I have arrived at my destination, I will scream, "YOU'RE CRAZY"

What lies behind us, and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

Maybe it's in the link that I didn't read, but when it rains doesn't it just get washed away? I think it's a pretty cool idea though. Could be inspirational for some walking by. Also a reminder for those who wrote on it to stay the course and reach your goals. Unless your the guy that wrote what was circled.
Before I die, I want to travel the U.S. I want to spend time at some of the great landmarks around the country. Not just go there and see it. For instance, I want to hike and camp the Grand Canyon. Not just look at the big void in the ground. Although I'm sure that is amazing to see on its own. I would like to hit each state. Specifically Hawaii, Alaska, the northwest and New England states. I love nature and seeing places that have been, for the most part, untouched by man.

Quote:When it gets washed away...it gives you a whole new list! Sounds tiring. I'll have to not die for a longer period of time in order to accomplish it all. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote:Sounds tiring. I'll have to not die for a longer period of time in order to accomplish it all. Well...if you check out one state a year on vacation you're gonna have to live a long time to hit them all any way, so you can always have a side bucket list going!

I was thinking more like a week or two in specific locations in each state. Unless I completely fall in love with one of my destinations a week or so will be fine. I'll of course hit the good spots first in case I die before I'm done. I don't think many people have said "oh, darn. I didn't get to enjoy New Jersey".
