It's either Jags D vs Browns or Cardinals D vs Philly. Philly has been looking pretty good as of late, and Weeden is starting this week. I need to win to get in the playoffs, do I take the ultimate gamble?

You might consider that Philly hasn't faced a defense as of yet anywhere near as good as the Cards.
