If you don't know what else to talk about, read the other threads. There are too many already about Teddy Bridgewater, who has another year but no reaosn to use it. All I care about right now are the top five draft order and playoff races.
Quote:Because idk what else to talk about lol. just gonna do the ones who might declare and who i think has a first round gradeThe scouts seem to like Georgia QB Murray. Don't rule out Oregon State QB Sean Mannion. If he comes out the ceiling is Dan Marino. The floor is Tim Couch. I disagree with the assessment of Bridgewater. He lacks arm strength and he's got no deep ball. The thing hangs up there like a Texas League can of corn. NFL DBs will like that. For me the ceiling on Bridgewater is Sam Bradford and the floor is Tony Banks. Teddy makes throws within the system he knows. He is going to struggle as a pro and don't be surprised if he is a flame-out. He read the Gator defense because he had about a month to prepare for it. He also had Charlie Strong, who had insider knowledge of the Gators as their former defensive coordinator. I don't see him reading anything anymore. The several games I saw he was merely running plays. He's looking shop-worn this season as well.

Jungle cat is on meth.
If that RV sales place wants Tebow in Jax bad enough to take out a billboard saying as much.....they should just HIRE him.

Hmm...actually...these comps aren't half bad Heero. I would comp Teddy's ceiling to a Luck/Rodgers hybrid. Luck's absurd pocket movement but not his pocket strength, and not Rodger's cannon of an arm.
I also don't think Carr is much like Rodgers even if he hits. Other than that I like Mettenberger, Boyd, and Manziel. Those are pretty obvious true comps.
Jungle Cat, you need to stop trying to get a rise out of people. It's bad for your self-esteem and ours.

2015 NFL Draft - Analyzing Targets www.jungle.jaguars.com/index.php?/topic/7892-2015-nfl-draft-analyzing-targets/
Don't really like the ceiling/floor labels since it results in far too favorable of a worst-case scenario for guys you've watched kill college competition (Stafford and Garcia as "floors", really?), so I'm just going to say who each guy reminds me the most of based on this last season.
Teddy Bridgewater -- Aaron Rodgers Marcus Mariota -- Colin Kaepernick Derek Carr -- Matthew Stafford Blake Bortles -- Andy Dalton Zach Mettenberger -- Ben Roethlisberger Tajh Boyd -- Jeff Garcia Johnny Manziel -- Fran Tarkenton

Quote:Sanchez? Former Jets Quarterback. (The one that actually played) Might not be the best comparison, but I'd say that's about the level I see his floor at.
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.
