I think I may have found a solution to TMD's original question.  Fritos Jalapeno Cheddar Flavored Cheese Dip is VERY similar to that taco bell stuff, if not nearly identical.  It also has pretty similar ingredients too.  Somebody contact TMD immediately!

I actually bought a jar of the Tostito's brand cheesy queso sauce and its pretty similar taste to the Taco Bell stuff.
