That would have been a higher % play for sure.    A pass interference penalty would have put Alabama into realistic FG range.

True and if Auburn gets an int...a lot less likely that goes for a TD or Auburn knocks it down and they go into Ot.

Come on dawg. Auburn has 2 lucky wins, and dont get me started on OSU.

You cant kick that FG unless you have a great kicker

There is way less of a chance of a pick 6 right there then a FG block return or FG catch return

As soon as he caught the ball in the end zone I knew what was going to happen and laughed the whole way down the field.

You act like FSU has ran the gauntlet of a schedule, plz those teams are good enough to beat FSU even if FSU is the favored

Absolutely.  Especially since Alabama would have had the type of athletes on their Offensive Unit that would have a much better chance of catching the Defender from behind.

We managed to beat two top 10 teams this season by more than 25 points. We are ready for lame Auburn, Mizzou, or OSU.

This loss was on Saban tonight. If he went for it on 4th down, instead of a 35-ish yarder, no reason for him to try a 57 yarder.

I could not understand what Tracy Wolfson was saying about the #10 jersey needing a repair. Does anyone know what the problem was or how he damaged it?

Quote:Wow nice play. Did he cross the LOS?

His foot was on the LOS. It must be completely over to call an illegal forward pass.

Quote:Should've gone for the Hail Mary

If he did that and it failed, you would be saying he should have gone for the field goal.

57 yards is just not make-able

It was 57 yarder, especially given how bad their field goal attempts were.

Why not just take a knee and let the team keep doing what it does?

Clemson and Miami were top 10 in the nation when FSU handled them, that's when it counted.
