Why wouldn't he be serious? Being a new owner he let Gene Smith have a prove it year while Khan learned the ins and outs of being an owner. Why wouldn't you want to be father ahead in a rebuild?

I'm guessing he was referring to Khan's appearance, the long, straggly hair & all....aka "Sideshow Bob" from the Simpsons...thats just a guess on my part though. 

 

I'd like Khan to look a bit more professional, given his stature, but I don't have all that much problem with it. Maybe Khan is just having a mid-life (appearance) crisis, lol.

  You could say both, kind of a half glass empty / full thing when the realist realizes that the team just stinks period.


I enjoyed this win against the Texans!  The team really played together and any time we can beat our divisional foes even if its our only wins it makes me happy!!


The team showed improvements but also showed some of the same problems, the Oline still allowed Henne to get hit hard & failed to establish some running lanes especially up the middle.  However considering that they traded away Monroe (still dumb in my mind) and Luke is injured I think the Oline has played average which in itself is a miracle with the talent that they have.  I think the OLine coach is doing his job for the most part, now they just need talent!
