Somehow I think Caldwell and Bradley are think-tanking ideas well beyond Stanzi.

No. You're just naming a bunch of traditional college powers. Does Nebraska even have 5 guys who actually get playing time in the NFL? You're basically just naming all the teams that get 5 star recruits. So congrats to them if they measure up to Iowa (and most of those don't) at producing NFL talent with way more talent to start with. My point is, Iowa is top 3 or 4 on turnover rate for NFL players, which, as I stated, is miles ahead of school's like Mizzou.

Do some research on which schools have the best rate.

What? Are you saying we shouldn't put Stanzi in over Henne, because Henne is bad? Your argument is kind of a catch-22.

I said do it. We know what henne is and isn't might as well see what Ricky can do in a real game.

This is a really good list, although I wish they would focus more on how many of the players actually get playing time. I would love to see a list where they only count players who earn consistent playing time.

Oh, ok I thought you were using that as a reason NOT to give him a shot. My bad!!! And by the way, it doesn't necessarily have to be just Stanzi. I would not mind seeing Matt Scott get a shot too.

It's amazing to me that Gabbert was drafted above Stanzi. Great find!

It's like you guys like that we're an embarrassment or something.

The difference is that Stanzi has actually been in the National Football League, yet has the same stats as a guy who has not.

Stanzi is 3rd string on a team that has Gabbert and Henne. He couldn't even play on the chiefs the past 2 years with the likes of Cassel and Quinn. This guy would barely crack a CFL roster.

Well, you got me here. Those excellent head coaches that the chiefs had would have put him in if he was good enough! And ours too!

Oh wait, each one of them was an incompetent moron? Could have fooled me.
