Gus Bradley's post game speech

#1

I love watching video of Bradley's locker room speeches. I notice that all of the players are watching and listening to every word. He has their attention. Maybe it's the Kool Aid, but I really like this guy.

"A lion never roars after the kill".

Great quote.

Yeah. The team has bought into his line of thinking completely. Hell I think the fans have too.

He is exactly what a head coach needs to be, a leader.

Coach Gus gets it. Once we find a QB and fix a few other holes, he'll lead us to alot of wins.

I'm guessing Jerry isn't a big fan of participation trophies, either..

TMD is actually Jerry Sullivan, it makes sense when you think about it.

That was definitely "improvement", right from the first snap.  Lots of credit to go around, and it's good to see some of the Caldwell-era players having a big impact.  Marks and Will Blackmon made huge plays to seal the win.  Gratz had sold coverage all day and an INT.  Geno Smith and Alan Ball played well.  All the LBs played very well and the tackling was crisp.  It was great to see Poz and Mojo set the tone.  They took over the game early and got that first TD on sheer effort.  The offense didn't do a lot, but they certainly made the most of their scoring opportunities to give the Jags a nice cushion.  It's good to see the effort pay off and for Gus to get his first win.

I'm happy for Gus and I'm happy he's our coach. Once we start to draft more players and garner more talent, Gus will really thrive as a coach.
