Honestly I would give serious thought to drafting Matthews and then loading up on Manzeil and Murray. Matthews is as about as iron clad solid guarantee as you can get. Id take the Matthews kid over Teddy. At least I know what I'm getting.

Last night helped prove again that Bridgewater is the clear cut number one QB. He will show tonight again why he is. He is the face of the franchise that this team has never had. Who used it as an excuse? MM himself didn't use it as an excuse after he was asked about it 6+ times post game. Not to mention the fact that the injury was announced BEFORE kickoff.


You'd be a fool or extremely close minded to think it didn't affect him though especially seeing him struggle to move in and out of the pocket and put weight on his leg after he was knocked down.

But in all seriousness, I'm a Bridgewater guy all the way. I never understood the Mariota love. Yes, he's good, but I think he stays in college for another year. I don't know if he would make an impact like Teddy would because he's a bit for raw.

 

My #2 QB is actually Manziel. I know a lot of people don't like him, but I think his immaturity aside, he would make a great impact. His immaturity is what I don't like though. I feel he's gonna party all the time once he makes the big bucks.
