The heck with all this mambly pambly trade Mojo, trade Lewis, trade this guy or that guy!  Trade everybody!  Every player, every coach, the trainers, the water boy, Jax Pack, even the grounds crew (we keep the Cat).  We sign street free agents to continue our march to infamy and then with all those draft picks we can field an entire team of rookies next year.

What needs to happen is a total change in team motivation..


I'm thinkin the team needs to join hand in hand before the games, after the games and heck, even after first downs, and just break out in the Humpty Dance.. That would be historic..

They can do what did back in high school, sing the school song to the fans after every game, wins & losses.
