What Would It Take For You To Trade The Number 1 Pick

#1

And lets assume you aren't getting the second overall pick. i think it'd take me any pick in the top five and that teams entire draft for the next two years. I know that'd never happen, so basically Id take teddy regardless. What about you guys?

2015, 2016, 2017 first, second, and third rounders. Too many different style QBs and defensive ends in the draft for that to happen.

I wouldn't dare trade the #1 pick. Look, I'm a Jaguar fan, I've seen inept QB play for far too long. I just want to watch a guy who can sling the ball and complete passes. I could have that plus actual NFL throws

Teddy's arm to fall off.

since we like accumulating picks by trading very good talent. probably like 10 3rd day picks  :teehee:

I do not think I would trade it. We need a legit QB.

A proven franchise QB in his mid twenties or a whole load of picks like the Ricky Williams trade.

Hershel Walker-style trade.

To move down from #1 to anywhere in the top 5 I'd take 2014 Rd 2 and 3, and 2015 Rd 1 and 2 or 3.

down to 6 - 10 nets 2014 -  2,3,4; 2015 - 1 and 2; 2016 - 1 and 3.

No deal outside the top 10.

Nothing as outrageous as suggested.

Three firsts and a second, just like the Griffin trade, that keeps us in the top 5, 10 this season.

Eugene Monroe.

Baltimore trades Monroe to Jags for #1 pick.

Honest question.. would you rather have Jadeveon Clowney over Russell Wilson?

clowney, i think wilson is just a glorified game manager, not worth #1 overall.

Missing out on Clowney, Bridgewater, and Mariota.

Things soon to be fire GMs do?

If Caldwell trades out of the #1 pick i will personally lead a contigent of Black OPs Jags fans on a raid of the Jags front offices.

That said It would take either a RG3 deal or as another poster said a temporary lapse in reason.

If you didn't have a crystal ball, you probably wouldn't have any.  Amirite?

There are no guarantees.  We need all the picks we can get to rebuild this club.  Three first round picks and an additional second outweighs only one first rounder.
