Will Teddy Declare?

I know it is early. What is scarring me is when the Jags have the 1st pick overall, will Teddy be there to select from? Even Clowney for that matter. 

 

Im not really into college football so I don't really know if in the past these players have mentioned their transition into to NFL. 

 

Can anyone shed some light?

1) He took out a 10 million dollar insurance policy.

 

2) He graduates in December.

 

3) The other day on Dan Patrick he said he would rather be the #1 overall pick than get a Heisman.
